South Korea's Foreign Ministry has confirmed that a hand grenade and an explosive packed in a vest worn by a South Korean Red Cross personnel was found in Afghanistan last week.Yonhap News reports "the report came as a South Korean evangelical Christian group plans to open a massive 'peace festival' in the Islamic country this weekend, raising fears of terrorist attacks on them."
