San Francisco based company Bechtel International Inc., has been awarded a $317 million contract by Albania, to build a stretch of highway that will connect Albania with neighbouring Kosovo.The 55-km, four-lane road segment which will include a 6-km tunnel, is part of a larger 170-km highway to Kosovo.
Construction will begin next month
