Tonight's photo: "My Little Visitor". Don't ask me why this is the only photo on which I have put copyright info - I can't recall doing that!These little cuties, (lorikeets) are regular visitors to my balcony and window ledge. They are more than comfortable with people and can be quite playful and comical. But gee, they can be nosey little buggers, which is why groups of them are often referred to as schoolgirls.
They are also of course, true Aussie Icons and a nicer bird you couldn't wish to meet!

Regular readers will see this post and think, "That's a bit odd, he doesn't normally make this last post until about 8:30 pm Sydney time. Today I thought I would be different. It is Saturday afternoon and I feel like having an actual weekend!
