Bolivia's new energy minister has told foreign oil and gas companies to comply with the nationalization of the energy sector by the end of next month or prepare to leave the country.During his first press conference as energy minister,Carlos Villegas said "If agreements are not achieved by October 28 we will implement item three of the nationalization decree (which calls for companies to leave the country) and we'll be inflexible."
