Morocco has inaugurated a National Observatory for Fighting Violence against Women in Rabat.The observatory will be in charge of providing orientation, coordination, and follow-up services in relation to the National Strategy for Fighting Violence against Women.
The Morocco Times reports the board consists of representatives of relevant ministerial departments, feminist associations, and a number of centres for judicial and psychological support.
