The Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board (Tourism Malaysia) is to open more offices in China, in a bid to attract 700,000 Chinese to visit Malaysia during the Visit Malaysia Year 2007.The Tourism Ministry has acquired approval from Chinese provincial governments to set up Tourism Malaysia offices and their locations were being identified.
Deputy Tourism Minister Datuk Donald Lim said: "We hope to resolve some technical setbacks to enable the offices to be set up as soon as possible".
