Women's Issues: Pro-abortion group seeks to extend sale of morning after pill to under 18s

The Center for Reproductive Rights has filed a lawsuit against the Food and Drug Administration over its recent decision to allow over the counter sales of the morning after pill.

The pro-abortion law firm is seeking to force the agency to extend the sales to women under the age of 18.

The FDA's agreement with Barr Laboratories, the maker of the drug, prohibits anyone under 18 from purchasing the morning after pill without a prescription.
