Pakistan and Russia have agreed to promote bilateral relations and strengthen ties in areas including defense, trade, economic cooperation, railways, oil and gas.Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Pakistan's Khursheed Kasuri made the announcement after their talks in the capital, Islamabad, according to state-run news agency APP, the Associated Press of Pakistan.
