A joint high committee, set up for cooperation between Qatar and Cuba, will sign six separate agreements in Havana today. The announcement was made by Ernesto Soberon Guzman, Third Secretary, Embassy of Cuba.Guzman told The Peninsula, the agreements include education and aviation sectors. broadcasting, sports and amendments in taxation and customs law.
