Tonight's photo: Taken through my closed window at a distance of around 40 yards. Two of my neighbours sitting on a wall, having a nice little chat.
Australia - the land of golden sunshine and sun kissed beaches. November - the month when spring takes winter firmly by the arms and pushes it out the door.
Only one problem with those descriptions.
It's bloody freezing.
And hot.
The Sydney Morning Herald gives a more accurate description of our recent weather conditions, "Hot and cold running weather". Bushfires rage in the Blue Mountains and snow, sleet and hail fell in Victoria and headed for NSW. I understand snow has actually fallen in parts of Canberra, the nation's capitol.
Last week I needed the heaters on, then sweated my butt off over the weekend when temperatures soared near the 100 fah mark. Now, its back to sweaters again!
