Aviation: Singapore and Ireland sign Open Skies Agreement

Singapore and Ireland have concluded an Open Skies Agreement allowing airlines of both countries to fly on any route between and beyond the two countries without restrictions in capacity, frequency or aircraft type.

According to a statement released by Singapore's Transport Ministry, the agreement was signed by Choi Shing Kwok, permanent secretary of the Transport Ministry and Ireland's Ambassador to Singapore Richard Obrien.

Currently Singapore has open skies arrangements with 17 countries
