Nuclear Energy. Vietnam gets nearly $1.5 million form IAEA

The International Atomic Energy Agency has awarded Vietnam almost $1.5 million in nuclear technology projects.

The two-year funding extends an IAEA presence in Vietnam that has involved $2.55 million put into 24 projects and $1.52 million for equipment between 2001 and this year.

Vietnam and the IAEA are working together to develop Vietnam's nuclear program, including both nuclear energy and research.
