Women's Issues: Fiji launches manual on violence against women

It's not all military coups in beautiful Fiji.

A manual on violence against women has been launched in Suva aimed at increasing awareness of the broader aspects of women's rights said UNIFEM Pacific regional program director, Elizabeth Cox.

Fiji Times reports that, "Gender, Relations Women's Human Rights and Violence against Women," is the result of collaborations of a women's groups network in the pacific during the past five years.
