Japan Today, reports that Japan and Vietnam have agreed to strengthen bilateral cooperation especially in the fields of information technology and broadcasting,Japanese officials said the agreement was reached when Japanese Internal Affairs and Communications Minister Yoshihide Suga met with Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung in Hanoi.
