Construction: Dubai plans 140 metre tower in the shape of a Gulf Arab man.

AFP reports that Dubai is planning to build a tower in the form of a Gulf Arab man wearing traditional costume. "Burj al Arabi", or Arab's Tower, will be the world's "biggest costume made of concrete and glass", Al Emarat al Yom said, citing developers.

The structure will be 35-storeys high (140 metres tall) and will take the shape of a man in a white dishdasha or thob, and sporting the customary headdress.

I can't wait for politically correct Sydney, to build a 140 metre tall structure of Priscilla Queen Of The Desert.
