It seems the problems with my system and continuous Internet disconnection are related to the automatic installation of IE7 during a Windows Automatic Update.
Here is the Catch.
* My ISP NOW tells me they do NOT support IE7
* IE7 is almost impossible to fully uninstall to go back to IE6, as all the recommended methods give error or "cannot copy file" messages
AAAAAGH!!!!
However,we are working on a solution and a number of issues have been sorted out. There are still a few that need to be addressed and hopefully these will be fixed in time to get the blog out on Monday Jan 22 (Sydney time).
In the mean time, I will try to post something on an ad-hoc basis.
