Russia's natural resources minister and South Africa's foreign affairs minister will discuss bilateral relations during a two-day meeting on economic cooperation in Pretoria this week, the South Africa Foreign Ministry announced Tuesday.
Yuri Petrovich Trutnev and Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma will co-chair the sixth South Africa-Russian Joint Intergovernmental Committee on Trade and Economic Cooperation (ITEC), which will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, a ministry statement said.
The two officials were expected to discuss political and economic relations and "other issues of mutual interest including the reform of the United Nations Security Council," the statement added.
