Photo: Lorikeet
This little chap - along with his mate - was sitting on a tree trunk on the edge of a bushtrack. It had been a long walk and at first decided I couldn't really be bothered taking a photo - basically because I was knackered after walking about seven hours. But how can anyone resist a lorikeet!
A few yards further on I did a U turn but by this time his friend had gone. He sat there quite happily as I snapped away - almost as though he was posing. After a few minutes he turned and looked at me and I could swear he was thinking, "how long you going to be with that bloody thing mate? I can't sit here all day you know!".
