About the Trademark

Could I just point out, that it is not Madeleine's name that is trade marked - it is the fund. Once the fund has been established, such registration would be routine and normally handled by solicitors.

When I first heard the news, I thought, "You bastards" until I took a look for myself. I hate to appear to take the side of the McCanns, but if I want us to achieve a result and get others to listen, I have to be objective and realistic.

I hope no one who has commented on the registration will be offended by this post, but I have to call the shots as I see them - even if I don't bloody well like it!
