I will have to stop going for my late afternoon walk as I have come to realise that while I am away, it's "Checking in time"!

Later on I will be addressing some of the points raised in recent comments, and in particular I will be targeting Nick Carter from the Leicester Mercury.

I do have a few things to do in readiness for another offline battle tomorrow morning, and once that is out of the way - it will be on for young and old (as we say here) :)

BTW, I hope no Australians mind me adding a bit of Australian "Cultural Cringe" to the top right hand side of the blog:) Come to think of it, I hope no Americans do either - as it was the flag that was flown when we won the Americas Cup from the New York Yacht Club!
