The ragged trousered optomist

I have been in discussions today involving three different countries. Discussions that I am hopeful will help promote our own campaign to find answers - and take it to levels I can not.

I have also been in touch with an old contact - someone whose name, connections and background would be well known to those in the UK. That person may not be in a position to help, and I would understand and respect that reluctance given their own circumstances - but I am keeping my fingers crossed!

In other words - I am cautiously optimistic about the way ahead!
