Human Resources: Serbia bans grumpiness and gossiping

Serbia's Health Ministry has banned grumpiness, gossiping, rudeness and the wearing of mini-skirts, under new directives published on the ministry's website.

Staff are also banned from criticising their hospital or their superiors.

I don't have a problem with any of the above - except perhaps one!
