Environment: Honduras - 'no-car' law hits snag

An initiative by the government of Honduras to save energy by banning cars one day a week, has been temporarily stymied by the Honduras' Supreme Court.

The court has temporarily suspended the law to study the constitutionality of the law following a large number of appeals.
