The Syrian delegation was received at Tehran International Mehrabad Airport by Iran's Defense Minister General Mostafa Mohammad Najjar.
General Turkmani is to hold two rounds of negotiation with his Iranian counterpart. He will also meet with some other Iranian high ranking political and defense officials.
