Speaking at celebrations for the 10th anniversary of Astana becoming the country's capital, Nazarbayev said Russia has been and will always be Kazakhstan's reliable friend and strategic partner. The brotherly relations with Russia are of great significance to Kazakhstan, Nazarbayev said.
Medvedev, said the two countries were not only strategic partners but also brothers who support each other and that Russia treasures the friendship with Kazakhstan.
