OIl: Chavez has a rethink on oil prices

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is not alarmed by the falling price of oil. Three months after predicting that oil prices would reach $200 per barrel, he said that oil prices were "searching for their level after a period of great volatility," and should settle between $90 and $100 a barrel.

As well as being a thorn in Washington's side, Venezuela, is the United States' fourth largest oil supplier.
