Genocide: Serbia issues countersuit against Croatia for genocide

Serbia is to file a countersuit against Croatia before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for genocide committed against the Serb people.

Serbian Trade and Services Minister Slobodan Milosavljevic told reporters that the Serbian Foreign Ministry had been instructed to take all necessary measures to launch the procedure of filing a countersuit.

Milosavljevic also said that the government had decided to put together a legal team "to establish the truth about the conflict and crimes committed on the territory of Croatia during the 1991-1995 war."
