Economy: As America suffers - 27,000 people and $4.7 billion to boost Pentagon's image
Russia Today has the following report. "The new Obama Administration is keen to tackle the problem of America's poor international image. This may be why the Pentagon will spend $US 4.7 billion and employ 27,000 staff for recruitment, advertising."
