Azerbaijan: At least ten dead in University shooting rampage

ABC Radio reports at least 10 people have been shot dead at a university in the capital of Azerbaijan.

It's unclear how many gunmen were involved in the shooting at the State Oil Academy in Baku.

The Azeri Press Agency quoted a senior police official as saying the terrorists have been neutralised.

Police special forces and ambulances rushed to the scene and access roads are closed.
