Macedonia: A failure for NATO

Macedonia’s non-accession to NATO is failure not only for the country but also for NATO. This is the assessment of attendants in the meeting of Assembly of theWestern European Union. It will be hold before Alliance’s meeting at high level, Dnevnik informs.

Macedonia’s non-accession to NATO is failure not only for the country but also for NATO and EU, chairman of German delegation in the Assembly Gerd Hefer said.

According to compromise between the interests of the different NATO member state is needed.
If the Alliance stands behind its profile in the European contingent it is not full without Macedonia, Hefer added.
