Cyprus: Leaders of the two communities to meet

A meeting between the leaders of the two communities in Cyprus is to take place on Thursday in Nicosia within the framework of the direct negotiations on the Cyprus issue, Cypriot Phileleftheros daily informs on its Internet site.

On Thursday the President of the Republic of Cyprus Dimitris Christofias and Turkish Cypriot leader Mehmet Ali Talat are to continue the discussion of the opening of Limitis border checkpoint in the dead zone.

The previous meeting between Christofias and Talat was held on May 14th.
