Romania: Bucharest's 1,000 slumdog kids

A child begging for money is a familar scene on Romanian streets.
Although numbers have dropped, there are still an estimated one thousand street children in Bucharest, many involved in petty crime.
There's concern the government is doing little to help the situation.
