The Daily Star, the leading English language newspaper in the Middle-East - Resisting the attacks of Israel and the West should be done on a military level as well as through the media, said member of the Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Hassan Fadlallah on Sunday during a conference held in Teheran.

Fadlallah gave a speech during the third general assembly of the Islamic Radio and Television Union.

Fadlallah said the Arab and Muslim world was being constantly attacked by the international community and that comforting these assaults required efforts in various fields, such as the field of science and technology. He gave the example of the Iranian nuclear file, saying “the West’s attempt to monopolize nuclear energy is part of its plan to maintain its domination and deny Iran its natural right to benefit from peaceful nuclear energy.”
