Whole neighbourhoods in the city of Osh in Kyrgyzstan has been destroyed as result of fighting between Kyrgyz and ethnic Uzbeks that has left more than 130 people killed.
The ethnic Uzbeks accuse the Kyrgyz military of playing a part in the violence.
But the provincial governor denies those claims, saying third parties are trying to destroy peace between the two communities.
