Arctic: Will Arctic dispute stay out of military conflict?

Some of the finest scientific minds are in Moscow to make sure a different kind of cold war doesn't break out. They are working on the next chapter for the future of the Arctic region where a quarter of the world's oil and gas lies beneath the sea. The countries surrrounding it are keen to get their share.
