Talkfests: The 3rd international conference on democracy will be held on Thursday in Indonesia with participation of 71 countries

Kuala Lumpur, Dec 8, IRNA – The 3rd international conference on democracy will be held on Thursday in Indonesia with participation of 71 countries, including Iran.

Presidents of of Indonesia and South Korea will co-chair the conference and heads of 4 countries, 18 cabinet ministers and other senior officials from other countries will attend the meeting.
Ministers from Iran, Australia, India, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Palestine, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and Jordan are also attending the conference.

Indonesian Foreign Minister Marty Natelgowa said the onference aims to discuss relations between peace and democracy adding that participants will exchange experiences and viewpoints to consider ways to establish and develop sustainable peace.
