New York, April 27, IRNA – Syrian ambassador to the United Nations here on Tuesday stressed that certain countries, including the US, through their hidden agendas, are trying to destabilize his country.Bashar Ja'afari made the statement while talking to IRNA after the UN Security Council meeting yesterday, adding that they want to create chaos in Syria.
Damascus attaches great importance to its people, Ja'afari further said.
Meanwhile, the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in the Tuesday UNSC meeting said the Security Council is due to review the latest developments in Syria on Wednesday.
