Iran: Chile wants to expand parliamentary ties with Iran

Madrid, May 7, IRNA -- Chile's President of the Chamber of Deputies Patricio Melero has called for expansion of parliamentary relations between Iran and China.

Speaking to Iran’s Ambassador to Chile, Houshang Karimi Abhari, in Chile on Saturday, Melero hoped for further engagement between Iranian and Chilean parliaments.

Pointing to visit of Iranian parliamentary friendship group to Chile, he hoped the visit will help Iran and Chile have better insight about each other.
