Thousands of people in India have staged a 24-hour hunger strike in protest against recent fraud scandals, including a multi-billion dollar mobile phone scam, that have plagued the country.
Many Indians say they are fed up with corruption and that they want their government to do more to tackle the problem.
But the real question is whether anyone in the corridors of power is listening, and whether these protests will bring about any real change?
