Russia: British lie detector points to Lugovoy's innocence in Litvinenko murder

A British lie-detector test has revealed that the UK's prime suspect in the poisoning and murder of former security officer Aleksandr Litvinenko, is innocent. The test was passed by Russian MP Andrey Lugovoy - who's become the focus of a dispute souring relations for several years between London and Moscow, which is refusing to extradite him to Britain.
