Damascus, April 24, IRNA -- National Coordination Board for Democratic Changes in Syria (an opposition group) on Tuesday announced its readiness to visit Iran and meet Iranian officials.
The coordinator of the opposition group Hassan Abd al-Azim told IRNA, The group is interested in exchange of views with Iran to find a way out of the current Syrian crisis.
He said his group is seeking a high profile normal relations with all regional countries except for Israel.
Abd al Azim said all the friendly countries with Syria such as Iran, China and Russia can play a role in settling the differences in Syria and help the nation establish a democratic government.
A six-member delegation of the group paid a visit to Moscow last week and met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
