Bahrain's charge d'affaires in Tehran was summoned to Foreign Ministry on Thursday to be informed of Iran’s concern over ongoing events in Bahrain.
According to the Information and Press Department at Foreign Ministry, the head of Foreign Ministry's Second Office for Persian Gulf Affairs in the meeting dismissed claims of Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Sheikh Khaled bin Ahmad Al-Khalifa.
He hoped that Bahraini government would take a proper approach towards developments in Bahrain.
He stressed that the only way to get rid of ongoing problems is addressing legitimate demands of Bahraini people.
