Brazil: Safer Brazil slums attract foreigners

Brazil's government is gradually taking control of Rio's once lawless slums, as Brazil prepares to host the football World Cup and the next Olympic Games. And now that some favelas are much safer, foreigners are starting to move in. Lucia Newman reports from Rio de Janeiro.
