Libya: History Repeat - Eastern Libyan province declares itself an autonomous region

A province in Eastern Libya now wants to go it alone - citing weak central government - it has declared itself an autonomous region. The area is home to 60 percent of the country's oil production and has been blocking supplies since the summer.
