Balkans: Serbia does not expect new conditions in EU talks, says PM

21 January 2014 | 10:20 | FOCUS News Agency - Belgrade. Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic said there had not been any information about which chapter would be opened first in the EU accession talks, writes Serbian Politika daily.

Dacic remarked that he did not expect the EU to impose new conditions for Serbia, such as recognition of Kosovo’s independence. 

According to him, the first chapters to be opened are 23, 24 and 25 (justice, security and Kosovo).
