90 days in jail for self-defense? Occupy activist charged with 'assaulting officer'

Occupy Wall Street activist Cecily McMillan has been sentenced to three months jail. It's believed to be the most serious conviction against hundreds of the movement's members. McMillan was found guilty of assaulting an officer, despite claims she acted in self-defence.
