Libya: Libya's key energy installations under threat

Libya is proposing a budget with an $ 8bn deficit for the first time in years. The North Africa OPEC member lost almost two thirds of its oil revenue after major oil ports in the east of the country were closed by rebels. Al Jazeera's Omar Al Saleh reports.
