Afghanistan: Afghan leader seeks to tackle kidnapper criminal gangs

One of Afghanistan's most notorious convicted kidnappers has been executed.It is the first time the death sentence has been carried out since Ashraf Ghani became president in November. Ghani says he wants the police to take on criminal gangs. And the president's first focus will be Herat in western Afghanistan.Al Jazeera's Nicole Johnston reports from Herat.
