UK: Conservatives close in on victory in UK election

David Cameron's Conservatives have defied expectations and are heading towards a slim parliamentary majority, amid a devastating night for the Labour Party and the Liberal Democrats.In Scotland, the nationalist SNP completed a rout, taking 56 of the 59 seats in the region.Al Jazeera's Tim Friend reports.
